About the Role

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Executive/Manager who can plan, create, and manage engaging content across digital platforms. The role involves building brand presence, leading content strategies, managing social media campaigns, and driving engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals
- Manage end-to-end social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Write, edit, and oversee content for websites, blogs, social media posts, emailers, and other channels
- Plan and create multimedia content (posts, reels, videos, infographics) in coordination with the design team
- Monitor performance of campaigns and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and conversions
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new tools for content marketing
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, queries, and feedback promptly

Key Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, and social media management. Creative thinker with attention to detail
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Hands-on experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
