Role Summary

We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to drive our digital presence across India, with primary focus on Instagram marketing. You'll be responsible for promoting our aesthetic therapy courses, equipment sales, and clinic services while building a strong community of students and professionals in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, primarily for Instagram
- Create engaging content showcasing our courses (Level 2-7 aesthetic qualifications)
- Produce promotional content for aesthetic equipment (HIFU, RF, laser machines)
- Develop student testimonial campaigns and success stories
- Create educational content about aesthetic treatments and procedures

Brand Management:

- Maintain brand consistency using our color palette (white, orange, gold, peach)
- Ensure all content aligns with our premium, professional aesthetic training brand
- Develop visual content that reflects our London-trained expertise and advanced technology

Community Engagement:

- Build and nurture online communities of aesthetic therapy students and professionals
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and drive lead generation
- Collaborate with students and graduates for user-generated content
- Manage online reputation and customer feedback

Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns for course enrollments
- Promote webinars, masterclasses, and training events
- Support equipment sales through targeted social media campaigns
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics

Market-Specific Focus:

- Understand and leverage Mumbai/India beauty market trends
- Create content relevant to Indian aesthetic therapy regulations and practices
- Develop partnerships with local beauty influencers and professionals
- Adapt global content for Indian market preferences

Required Qualifications

Essential:

- 2-3 years of social media management experience, preferably in beauty/wellness industry
- Proven expertise in Instagram marketing and content creation
- Strong understanding of Mumbai/India beauty and wellness market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with video content creation and editing

Preferred:

- Background in beauty, wellness, or education industry
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures
- Experience with lead generation through social media
- Understanding of educational content marketing
- Previous work with training institutes or academies
