Job Title Senior Manager Business Unit Demand Planning Supply Chain Location Sun House Mumbai At Sun Pharma we commit to helping you Create your own sunshine - by fostering an environment where you grow at every step take charge of your journey and thrive in a supportive community Are You Ready to Create Your Own Sunshine As you enter the Sun Pharma world you ll find yourself becoming Better every day through continuous progress Exhibit self-drive as you Take charge and lead with confidence Additionally demonstrate a collaborative spirit knowing that we Thrive together and support each other s journeys Key responsibilities The Sr Manager Supply Chain Management will be responsible for demand planning supply planning materials management including inventory of all raw materials reagents work in progress and finished goods order management and inventory management of branded products This role is also responsible for estimating the actual cost of goods of the branded products Ensure that all the MSAs are managed with the CDMOs Major Duties Responsibilities Responsible for demand and supply planning for Biologics Responsible for materials management including inventory of all raw materials reagents work in progress and finished goods of branded products Ensure the minimization of wastage of raw materials reagents and short dating of finished goods Responsible for estimating the actual cost of goods of the branded products and reconciliation as required annually Responsible for order management at the external manufacturers testing labs and other partners and also invoicing partners for materials supplied incl reagents finished goods and others Responsible for tracking that invoices are processed and payments are made and received on time Annual rebates with CDMOs are secured where applicable Responsible for managing all CDA s MSA s that are valid and managed Direct optimize and coordinate the full order cycle Maintain KPI metrics from the material management and PO invoice perspectives and analyse the data for improvement Comply with company policies local laws and local regulations as required The candidate will communicate across the organization to ensure key stakeholders are aware of CoGs inventory potential risks associated with them and required mitigation plans Able to supervise coach and train the warehouse workforce at the partners Other duties as assigned Professional Experience Proven working experience in Demand and Supply Planning preferably in the pharmaceutical industry Proven track record in material management order management and inventory management Demonstrated ability to lead and perform supply chain management specifically material management Expertise in standard ERP software like SAP and relevant systems Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Think strategically to assess and improve processes to meet business needs globally Ability to analyze complex issues develop and implement solutions by collaborating with other teams both internal and external Ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders Skills Abilities Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills Excellent planning organizational and project management skills Agile and able to work with tight time lines Ability to thrive in a small group with limited administrative support developing and maintaining collaborative internal and external relationships Job Requirements Educational Qualification Bachelor s of Engineering any stream Master s in Supply Chain Management preferred not mandatory Experience 5-10 years Your Success Matters to Us At Sun Pharma your success and well-being are our top priorities We provide robust benefits and opportunities to foster personal and professional growth Join us at Sun Pharma where every day is an opportunity to grow collaborate and make a lasting impact Let s create a brighter future together Disclaimer The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employee within this classification It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties responsibilities and qualifications required of employees as assigned to this job Nothing herein shall preclude the employer from changing these duties from time to time and assigning comparable duties or other duties commensurate with the experience and background of incumbent s
