Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of complex telco, IT, Cloud, and network infrastructure programs. This role involves managing multi-disciplinary teams and projects focused on deploying and upgrading critical telecom applications, and network elements, and related infrastructure. The TPM will ensure alignment between application deployment, network upgrades, and IT infrastructure to meet business objectives and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full lifecycle delivery of telecom programs/projects covering telecom application deployments, upgrades, and network infrastructure rollouts.
- Coordinate across diverse teams including telecom, IT, network engineering, operations, Product, Site ops, vendors, etc. to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Manage deployments and upgrades of key telco components and related network nodes.
- Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Track program progress and resolve cross-functional dependencies and issues impacting timelines or quality.
- Oversee vendor coordination and third-party integrations involved in application and network infrastructure projects.
- Facilitate communication and status reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring visibility on risks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with telecom standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements during deployments and upgrades.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management practices and tools to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments, balancing technical feasibility and business priorities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or masters degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale technical programs in telecom, IT infrastructure, or network deployment domains.
- Experience in coordinating application deployments and infrastructure upgrades across multiple technology domains.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional, cross-cultural, projects with multiple stakeholders across various international regions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
- Experience with cloud migration or virtualization of telecom applications.
- PMP certification.
