He/she will define and drive marketing initiatives to accelerate the market success of our software: increasing brand reputation and developing new opportunities for competitive displacements and whitespace. Our products are foundational to our clients' digital journey by providing the much-needed Automation Fabric and Orchestration Platform in the product design and manufacturing space. For the successful candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse team comprising product management, marketing, sales, and partner teams, while contributing to all aspects of product marketing. Job Responsibilities - Demand Generation - Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales and Direct Sales Teams to provide marketing support at every stage of the lead-to-opportunity cycle. - Content creation - Own the creation of the whole spectrum of powerful content assets. i.E., brochures, white papers, case studies, webinars, website content, presentations, video scripts, data sheets, landing page, mailers, sales decks, sales FAQs, battle cards, demos, training materials etc.) to communicate the value proposition of our products to clients, prospects, and the sales team. - Collaboration - Working with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders to design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition. - Marketing physical Events, Webinars, and Podcasts - Spearheading planning, executing, and participating in global events. - Operation & metric reporting - Create ROI and lead analysis reports from various marketing campaigns, presenting actionable insights to derive and prioritize activities and campaigns that achieve target revenue and pipeline goals. - Website and SEO/AEO & Social Media presence - Execute SEO/AEO strategies, including paid media campaigns, website traffic improvement, and webpage optimization, to drive leads and consistently improve the visitor experience, while increasing brand awareness by leveraging and managing social media presence. - Product Launch & new product releases - Drive product launch programs and collaborate closely with the product management team to plan, release, and execute go-to-market strategies. - Manage go-to-market strategies - Owning and executing product marketing by developing product positioning and messaging. - Marketing strategy - Be the custodian of the Marketing strategy and develop high-impact materials for prospects, clients, and internal client-facing teams. Execute annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant product stakeholders. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience - Results-oriented and creative collaborator with broad experience in software product marketing is a must. - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, programs, and priorities - Able to communicate effectively to influence the prompt action of stakeholders - Understanding of design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM/PLM) in the Software Industry is preferable Skills Required - Desired: 5-8 years of product marketing experience, with an understanding of B2B marketing, preferably for a technology company - Knowledge of product design and manufacturing is preferred - Proficient in translating highly technical product solutions and concepts for a wide variety of audiences, clearly explaining the ‘why’, not just the ‘what’ - Excellent written and verbal skills required, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and media outlets, as well as an ability to edit content written by others for message and clarity - Ability to participate in the efforts of internal and external teams to create content and execute marketing programs - Experience of working in a highly matrixed structure
