Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced FRM PIA Auditor to join our team. This
role involves traveling to different locations to conduct on-site audits of work completed by our
Field Relationship Managers (FRMs) and ensuring adherence to company standards. The ideal
candidate should have strong analytical skills, good time management, and the ability to work
independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Auditing: Conduct on-site visits to meet Field Relationship Managers (FRMs) and customers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Collaboration with FRMs: Work closely with FRMs to understand customer needs and provide feedback.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Collect relevant information, report findings, and submit detailed audit reports.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all processes and audits follow company policies and quality standards.
- Visit Planning & Management:
2 visits per day for locations more than 20 km away.
4 visits per day for locations within 20 km.
- Communication & Collaboration: Provide regular updates to management about audit outcomes.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain proper documentation of audit reports.
- Adaptability: Be flexible with travel requirements and changing priorities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of field experience or auditing experience.
- Candidate's age must be of minimum >=30.
- Must own a bike and have a valid drivers license.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby areas.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools and audit documentation.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
