Advance your career by working with industry experts and contributing to seamless loan processing Job Summary As a Processing Specialist within the Loan Processing Team, you manage mortgage and HELOC files from assignment to closing. You coordinate with Underwriting, Rate Lock, Closing, Quality, and Mortgage Solutions teams to ensure all requirements are met. You resolve issues with internal and external parties, ensuring files are processed accurately and efficiently Job Responsibilities - Review assigned mortgage and HELOC files for completeness - Coordinate with Underwriting, Rate Lock, Closing, and Quality teams - Ensure all financial documents are received and validated - Obtain required third-party and vendor information - Remediate quality control findings promptly - Submit files for closing in compliance with regulations - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues - Escalate complex issues to management as needed - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Achieve daily production targets and turnaround times - Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills - Hold a Bachelor's degree - Minimum 2 years of experience in US mortgage loan originations - Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills - Apply expertise in mortgage concepts and US mortgage regulations - Analyze documents such as Title, Insurance, and Appraisal - Manage production, work allocation, and exception handling - Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills - Display experience in loan processing - Understand all stages of mortgage originations life cycle - Organize and prioritize pipeline management tasks - Suggest process enhancements and risk controls - Adapt to North America schedules and time changes - Collaborate effectively across teams - Handle exceptions and demonstrate subject matter expertise About Us JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
