Job Description Job Title: Product Owner Location: Remote/ Hybrid/ On-site-Panchkula Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Open to all - freshers are welcome, experience is a plus We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and driven Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and delivery. You will serve as the key link between business strategy, product design, and engineering execution. In this role, you will drive the product journey end-to-end, transforming features into epics, aligning sprint cycles across teams and ensuring cohesive, high-impact outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear features, epics, and user stories. - Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and business objectives. - Partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps that balance innovation, feasibility, and customer value. - Work closely with the design team to convert ideas into intuitive interfaces and deliverables within sprint timelines. - Collaborate with engineering teams throughout sprint cycles to ensure technical clarity, timely delivery, and quality outcomes. - Partner with content and marketing teams to shape product messaging, launch plans, and content marketing initiatives. - Support sales and marketing efforts in engaging and closing innovator customers (early adopters). - Lead or contribute to marketing sprints, helping align go-to-market execution with product launches. - Oversee client invoicing and handoff processes post-deployment, ensuring smooth transitions and satisfaction. - Monitor feature adoption, user feedback, and analytics to refine and optimize the product. - Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in product, marketing, and customer engagement. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and sprint-based collaboration. - Ability to translate ideas into structured product plans (features epics stories). - Excellent collaboration skills with design, engineering, and marketing teams. - Exposure to content marketing, product-led growth, or go-to-market strategy. - Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Miro, along with familiarity with design tools like Figma. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
