Join us and take us to the next level Program Manager / Sr. Program Manager The Economic Times | Business Verticals Location: Noida (Onsite)** A. About the role The Economic Times Business Verticals builds digital and business platforms serving professionals across 20+ sectors. We’re hiring a Program Manager/ Sr. Program Manager to effectively manage timelines, dependencies, and delivery across multiple ongoing business and product initiatives. The role requires structured planning, clear communication, and the ability to manage parallel workstreams while anticipating risks and resolving bottlenecks quickly. B. Key Responsibilities 1. Plan and track delivery timelines, milestones, and interdependencies across digital, business, and marketing programs. 2. Run structured weekly and monthly reviews to monitor progress, highlight risks early, and ensure timely resolutions. 3. Maintain visibility using Jira and related tools; proactively flag and remove delivery bottlenecks to keep timelines on track. 4. Coordinate product, engineering, QA, design, marketing, and editorial teams to enable smooth, predictable execution. 5. Build efficient processes for documentation, planning, and reporting across workstream 6. Communicate priorities, deliverables, and updates clearly with team leads and senior stakeholders. 7. Lead internal learning initiatives focused on functional skills, AI adoption, and commercial understanding. 8. Prepare concise, data-backed reports and dashboards for leadership reviews. 9. Support capacity and resource planning to improve efficiency and manage overlapping priorities. 10. Use Excel and related tools for planning, tracking, and performance analysis. 11. Foster a culture of accountability, proactive problem-solving, and steady execution across teams. C. Who Should Apply (7–10 years of relevant project or program management experience) Professionals from technology consulting, digital transformation, or global capability centers, with hands-on experience in program or delivery management. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with tight deadlines and cross-functional dependencies. Skilled at identifying and mitigating risks, managing parallel priorities, and resolving issues calmly under pressure. Strong communicator with structured thinking, diplomacy, empathy, and proactive stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, and Excel; familiar with Agile and Scrum practices. Organized, analytical, and dependable in high-visibility delivery environments.
