Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Executive to enhance our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to each platform.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep strategies current and effective.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, managing budgets and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with influencer marketing and collaboration.
- Certifications in digital marketing or social media management.
