As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between student needs and career opportunities by providing expert advice and helping them take the right step forward. Responsibilities: - Counsel students on IT and technical courses such as Software Development, Cloud, Data Science, Digital Marketing, etc. - Guide students in selecting the right programs based on their career goals and interests. - Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and inquiries regarding course admissions. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge about our training and internship programs. - Achieve enrollment and admission targets while ensuring student satisfaction. - Build strong rapport with students, parents, and other stakeholders. - Maintain proper records of student interactions and enrollment status. Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, inside sales, or academic advising (EdTech experience preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge or strong interest in IT & technical courses. - Target-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines. - Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.
