We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. In This Role, You Will - Design, build and maintain automation frameworks from scratch using python. - Integrate AI/ML models to optimize testing strategies (test selection, results classification, failure prediction etc) - Implement CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing in production and straging environments - Ensure traceability, reproducibility and quality reorting across test activities - Work cross-functionally with development, DevOps, product and infra teams Qualifications - External To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Strong experience with Python for test automation - Experience applying AI/ML techniques to testing (model validation, anomaly detection etc) - Knowledge on QA methodologies: unit, integreation, system, regression, perforamnce testing - Hands-on experience testing embedded systems, API's, GUIs and cloud/infra components - Excellent problem solving and system thinking skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer science, Information technology or related field - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in development, test automation frameworks - Working experience on Banking Domain such as core banking solutions, payment systems and diginal banking platforms.
