Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a PR Influencer Executive, located in Bengaluru. We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Influencer & PR Executive to join our growing team at The House of Rare. This role will be the driving force behind building and nurturing relationships with influencers, media, and PR partners - ensuring our brand stays at the forefront of fashion conversations. Key Responsibilities: Influencer Relations: - Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across fashion, lifestyle, and culture. - Plan and execute influencer campaigns (paid & barter), ensuring seamless delivery of content. - Track performance metrics and optimize for ROI. Public Relations: - Build and maintain strong media contacts - editors, stylists, journalists, and digital media platforms. - Draft press releases, pitches, and media notes. - Coordinate product seeding and PR events. Campaign Execution: - Assist in planning, budgeting, and executing influencer & PR campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar. - Support events, store launches, and collaborations with end-to-end logistics. Content & Reporting: - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer/PR content aligns with brand tone and objectives. - Track and report campaign outcomes, media mentions, and ROI on a regular basis. Skills & Experiences: - 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or communications within fashion/lifestyle (agency or brand side). - Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and PR practices. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to juggle multiple campaigns under tight deadlines. - Creative mindset with a sharp eye for trends.
