We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team and drive growth for our international conferences portfolio. Key Responsibilities - Achieve delegate and sponsorship sales targets for international conferences. - Design and execute targeted email and social media campaigns to promote events. - Generate fresh marketing ideas to expand reach, improve engagement, and boost registrations. - Build and maintain relationships with potential delegates, partners, and sponsors across global markets. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. - Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize results. - Support the development of marketing collateral, website content, and newsletters. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, conference production, or B2B sales (international exposure preferred). - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative thinker with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results. - Interest in infrastructure, transport, or clean mobility sectors is a plus.
