Exp- 4 to 7 years

Required Skills

- Managing the lifecycle of all the changes and to minimize the impact of incidents.
- End to End IT Change and Service Management & Execution.
- Requirement gathering & Analysis of the situation.
- Plan, coordinate and control the restoration of complex and high impact system changes that occur within the production environment.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain Incident, Change reports in a common database and have a weekly consolidated report published to the team.
- Update and Leads the change advisory board (CAB)
- Facilitate and perform Change process to identify causes of critical incidents and follow-up on preventive Action items.
- Conduct Daily meetings with client and in-house technical teams to work on preventive action items for Change management.
