We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our expanding team. Role Overview: The HR Intern will assist the HR department in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Support • Post job openings on Naukri, Internshala, and LinkedIn. • Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates. • Maintain recruitment trackers. 2. HR Operations • Assist in employee onboarding (offer letters, induction). • Maintain employee files and HR records (attendance, leave). • Help with payroll coordination (attendance/overtime data). 3. Employee Engagement • Support in organizing internal events, feedback surveys, and communication. • Draft HR emails, notices, and memos as needed. 4. Learning & Development • Learn HR processes, tools (Excel, HR software)Training Coordination Assist in scheduling internal or external training sessions and workshops. Help maintain training attendance records, feedback forms, and certificates of completion.
