We are looking for a skilled Technical Developer with hands-on experience in FTP and SFTP protocols to support secure data exchange between internal systems and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of file transfer scripting, and system integration, along with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and troubleshoot file transfer jobs, ensuring timely resolution of failures or delays.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data security policies and encryption standards.
- Maintain documentation for file transfer processes, configurations, and support procedures.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical development or system integration roles.
- Strong knowledge of FTP/SFTP protocols, file encryption, and secure data handling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and their integration points.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation:

$10/hr to $20/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
