Responsibilities - Developing and executing the enterprise sales strategy for our financial wellness solutions targeting CXOs Founders Owners- Identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients in various industries with a focus on companies in offline online B2B distributions and onboard them as an anchor on Quid- Establishing building and maintaining relationships with Anchors NBFCs and internal Stake holders- Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions to address client concerns- Negotiating and closing enterprise deals- Providing ongoing account assistance to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Collaborating with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth new product development and innovative solutions to streamline current processesQualification - 7 years of experience in Supply chain financing fintech Startups or similar domains- Proven track record of independently engaging pursuing leads and closing large deals with CXO s and other key stakeholders- Strong understanding of financial products and industry trends- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify client needs and pain points in employee wellness programs- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment- Bachelor s or Master s degree in business or a related field ref updazz com
