What you'll be cooking up?

Driving Retention and Revenue:

- Design and execute strategies to achieve revenue goals by improving customer retention and repeat purchases on the Licious App.
- Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion, purchase frequency, and average spend.
- Plan and manage promotional spends effectively to meet retention objectives.

CRM Strategy (Keeping Customers Engaged):

- Develop targeted campaigns to boost customer loyalty and engagement.
- Use CRM analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Data-Driven Insights:

- Conduct deep dives into retention data to identify trends, gaps, and growth levers.
- Analyse CRM and merchandising performance to spot opportunities for optimisation.

Data-Led Decision Making:

- Analyse CRM and merchandising performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate insights and actionable reports for leadership and business teams.
- Stay updated on best practices in merchandising and CRM.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Category, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to align on goals and ensure seamless execution.

Experience & Expertise:

- Tier‑1 education from a top undergraduate institution is a must.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in platform or D2C businesses.
- Proficiency in tools like SQL, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Hands-on experience in CRM and designing consumer-facing promotional constructs.

Skills & Mindset:

- Strong customer-first mindset.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.
- Understanding of how platform, technology, and business levers integrate to drive growth.
- Expertise in Traffic, Conversion, CRM, and Retention strategies.
