Job Title Account Manager Summary Job Title Account Manager-Agency Leasing Location Bengaluru India Job Type Full-Time About Us We are a full-service global commercial real estate company with over 100 years of experience 52 000 professionals and 400 offices worldwide We are driven to solve complex problems and we have the expertise and experience to bring solutions to life Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in commercial office space leasing or B2B sales with a proven track record of engaging with decision-makers including department heads and CXOs Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial office space sector through networking market research and outreach initiatives Client Engagement Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations to understand their space requirements and deliver tailored solutions Sales Strategy Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective sales strategies and presentations that highlight our offerings and value proposition Market Analysis Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends competitor activities and potential opportunities for growth in the commercial real estate market Negotiation Facilitate negotiations between clients and the company ensuring favorable terms while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction Reporting Track and report on sales activities pipeline status and performance metrics to senior management Collaboration Work closely with internal teams including marketing and operations to ensure a seamless client experience and effective execution of lease agreements Networking Attend industry events conferences and networking functions to represent the company and promote our services Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Sales Marketing Real Estate or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial office space leasing or B2B sales Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives and decision makers Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Languages English Hindi Kannada Compensation Competitive salary range 6-8 LPA Fixed Revenue-based bonus Variable Pay Health Insurance INCO Cushman Wakefield
