Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position. - Use a variety of recruitment methods to identify and source top talent, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. - Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates. - Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with candidates and evaluate their qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization. - Facilitate the entire recruitment process, including negotiating salaries, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future recruitment needs. - Collaborate with other members of the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes that support the overall goals of the organization. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field. - Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
