Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an SAP IT Support specialist located in Mandi Gobindgarh, India. The SAP IT Support specialist will be responsible for managing business processes and consulting on SAP FICO modules, handling master data, and employing strong analytical skills in day-to-day operations. The specialist will ensure that SAP systems operate efficiently and meet the business needs of the organization.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in business processes and analytical skills
- Experience in consulting, specifically in SAP FICO
- Master data management skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on-site in Mandi Gobindgarh, India
- Relevant certifications in SAP or related fields are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Daily Activities Responsibility

1 Support in FI (vendor payment ,taxation,miro issues) Sap Team 2 Support in MM (conditions errors,unable to print, in Purchase order,Purchase order training) Sap Team 3 Inventory uploading of non valuated materials Sap Team 4 Support to HR Team. Sap Team 5 S.A.P Installation,mac addresses mapping,SAP users id unlock. Sap Team 6 Purchase order creation/change according to requested and approved by purchase team of all units. Sap Team 7 Purchase order release as approved from Kapil sir 8 Create vendor codes. Sap Team 9 Create customer code. Sap Team 10 Create imperest account. Sap Team 11 Material codes storage location change as per requested by end user. Sap Team 12 Scrap stock generation for M2 plant Sap Team 13 D.M.S uploading status from all units Sap Team 14 Price updation a 15 HSN creation a 16 G.L Account creation. a 17 New Material code Creation as requested by all units a 18 Schedule aggreement training a 19 Resolving service entry related errors. a Support in Sales (Billing issue,sale order issue,delivery issue) Support in Production (Partially consumed production order confirmation issue) Support in QM (Reverse inspection lots,rejection punching issues) Support to HR Team. S.A.P Installation,mac addresses mapping,SAP users id unlock. Bill of Material creation/change according to requested and approved by engg team. Routing creation/change according to requested and approved by engg team. Prod. Version creation. Material codes storage location change as per requested by end user. Scrap stock generation for plant Dismental /Rework data status/ reconciling/ Production order Teco Support to end users transfer stock Block to unrestricted and vice versa for all units. Sale order creation,change.
