You'll Make a Difference By:
- Overall 12+ years of experience with thorough understanding of various aspects of project management and process areas.
- Domain experience is a must.
- Alternatively, experience as a PM for a product is required.
- High on solutioning and problem-solving abilities.
Would be expected to:
- Get into details of the product under development.
- Understand technical and functional aspects.
- Communicate with various stakeholders and ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Suggest solutions to areas of concern in processes and project management.
Should be good in these areas of project management:
- Schedule and scope management.
- Stakeholder management.
- Tracking and monitoring.
- Budget management.
- Metrics, especially deriving insights from the numbers.
Desired Skills:
- 10+ years of experience is required.
- Great communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
- This role is based in Pune and is an individual contributor role.
- You might be required to visit other locations within India and outside.
