Software Engineering Assoc Manager

Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microservices Software Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of microservices architecture, Java, Spring Boot and mobile technologies. As a Software Engineering Manager, he/ she will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and resilient solutions that align with our business objectives of the commerce platform. Responsibilities - Architect, design, and implement microservices-based solutions that are scalable, resilient, and high-performing. - Define and enforce best practices for microservices development, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and coding standards. - Possess a strong command of Java and Spring Boot technologies. - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to microservices architecture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, and product owners, to ensure successful implementation of microservices solutions. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. - Identify and address performance bottlenecks in microservices architecture, optimizing for speed and efficiency. - Implement and enforce security measures within microservices architecture to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. - Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and address issues within the microservices environment. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to microservices architecture. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for microservices architecture, including design documents, technical specifications, and operational guidelines.
