We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious Research Assistant to support our team in data collection, analysis, and reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a genuine interest in research and problem-solving. You will collaborate with senior researchers and business teams to provide insights that shape strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct secondary and primary research across industries, companies, and market trends.
- Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support ongoing projects.
- Prepare research reports, briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in designing surveys, interviews, and data-gathering tools.
- Maintain and update research databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Support senior researchers in drafting proposals, white papers, and case studies.
- Perform literature reviews and competitive analysis as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable insights.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research databases/tools.
- Familiarity with statistical methods or tools (SPSS, R, Python, Stata) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong curiosity and a passion for learning and problem-solving.
