Job Description Area(s) of responsibility Key Responsibilities: - Lead functional testing efforts across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios. - Design, review, and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test data. - Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing. - Perform SQL queries to validate data integrity and backend processes. - Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (Azure DevOps). - Ensure timely reporting of test progress, metrics, and risks to stakeholders. - Mentor and guide junior testers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Participate in test planning, estimation, and resource allocation. - Support UAT and production validation as needed. Job Title: Functional Test Lead Experience Required: 10+ years in software testing, with at least 3-4 years in a lead role ________________________________________ Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Functional Test Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of functional testing activities across projects.
