Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Holidays Department Department: Holidays Location: Cochin Job Summary The sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Holidays Sales Team by coordinating daily sales activities, ensuring smooth communication between internal departments, and assisting in delivering excellent customer service. This role does not involve direct sales targets; the primary focus is coordination, follow-up, and process support. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate with the Holidays Sales Team to manage client enquiries, package details, and booking requirements. - Communicate and follow up with internal departments such as Ticketing, Visa, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely processing of customer requests. - Maintain updated records of enquiries, bookings, itineraries, and confirmations. - Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and required documents with clients as instructed by the Sales Team. - Ensure all customer details are accurately documented and updated in the system. - Monitor booking status and provide timely updates to the respective teams. - Follow up on pending documents, payments, or confirmations from clients and internal teams. - Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, maintaining files, and organizing schedules. - Assist in resolving customer concerns by coordinating with relevant departments. - Ensure smooth workflow within the department by acting as a communication bridge. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree - Prior experience in travel, tourism, or customer coordination is an added advantage. - Strong communication and follow-up skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail with good organizational skills. - At least 3 to 5 years of experience required. Key Attributes - Team player with a positive attitude. - Strong coordination and interpersonal skills. - Customer-oriented approach. - Ability to handle pressure and meet timelines.
