A leading digital lock manufacturing company need experienced Candidates with expertise in Sales Marketing Operations Building materials Business Development Possess 3-6 Years Home Automation project experience required Interested Candidates send Resume jayaseelan c cielhr com or Contact JAYASEELAN - CIEL HR - 7094008287 Roles and Responsibilities Appointing new distributors dealers and getting business from renowned architects interior designers and real estate developers -Handling the primary and secondary sales Developed and managed distributors in designated Region Providing the regional market inputs on Channel partners competition to the Channel Sales head for designing and developing the Channel Sales strategy Developing executing various initiatives based on long term and short-term strategy for expanding Channel partner strength across the city Creating a team of dedicated Channel partners ensuring best terms of engagements with them and leveraging equity of trust transparency and integrity through them Ensuring that the targeted number of leads are being generated through Channel Partners and are getting assigned to the closing team Driving channel partner engagement loyalty rewards and recognition programs Executing standard emplacement process and increasing number of registered Channel Partners in the system Working closely with the closing team for achievement of targeted business Education Graduate Above Experience- 3-6 years Key Attribute Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent sales and negotiation skills Proven ability to build and maintain relationships Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Experience in Building Materials or Related Industry Should have 2 wheeler Knows local geography Local language should be known and English should be good at the scale of 7 to 8 out of 10
