Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential or existing customers. Promote products, services, offers, or events depending on the project. Follow a prepared script or call flow but also handle off-script questions confidently. Convince customers to purchase, register, or take desired actions. 2. Inbound Support: Receive and respond to incoming calls from customers. Answer queries regarding services, orders, billing, appointments, etc. Provide correct and timely information or resolve complaints as per process guidelines. 3. Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Collect, verify, and update customer data accurately. Maintain and nurture leads through regular follow-ups. Schedule appointments or demos for field teams or sales executives (as needed). Record feedback and help improve call strategies based on conversations. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a friendly and helpful tone throughout the call. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or offers. Build and maintain customer trust and satisfaction through effective communication. 5. Reporting and Documentation: Update call details, lead status, and customer feedback in CRM tools or call logs. Prepare basic daily/weekly reports about call volume, conversions, or complaints. Inform team leaders about major issues or urgent customer requests. 6. Process Adherence and Quality Compliance: Follow company policies, data protection norms, and telephone etiquette. Meet assigned call quotas, lead targets, or conversion goals.
