This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are eager to kickstart their career in procurement and supply chain management. The Purchase Executive will support the procurement process by assisting in sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, and managing purchase orders. Responsibilities - Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials and services. - Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements. - Maintain and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery. - Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of transactions. - Collaborate with other departments to understand purchasing needs and requirements. - Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management. - Prepare reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.
