Job Description

Position Overview: AIM Media House is seeking a dynamic Growth & Marketing Manager to drive the expansion and market penetration of our flagship product, Best Firm Certification. Recognized as the Gold Standard for exceptional data science workplaces, Best Firm Certification not only elevates brand reputation but also delivers actionable insights that empower organizations to attract top talent and drive employee engagement. In this role, you will spearhead innovative growth strategies, optimize customer acquisition and retention and work collaboratively across teams to scale the products success.

Experience: 4-5 years in growth marketing or related roles (preferably in tech, media or B2B sectors)

Key Responsibilities:

- Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue for Best Firm Certification.
- Identify, test, and scale new growth channels and initiatives to continuously expand market reach.
- Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization:
- Oversee end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing) to drive conversions.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing and optimize the customer journey and sales funnel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, sales and research teams to ensure cohesive messaging and unified go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with external partners and industry influencers to amplify the products reach and credibility.
- Customer Insights & Engagement:
- Leverage customer data, market trends and feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve the overall value proposition of Best Firm Certification.
- Develop initiatives that foster strong customer relationships, enhance user engagement, and drive retention.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track key growth metrics and KPIs, generate detailed performance reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis and market research.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-5 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record in scaling B2B products or services.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, performance optimization, and growth hacking strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, and familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Experience in the technology, media, or HR sectors, with an understanding of industry trends in data science and AI.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Creative thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach and a passion for driving innovation and business growth.
