Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through a multi-channel approach.
- Cold Outreach: Conduct cold calls and send personalized emails to introduce Elexo Technology&aposs services to potential clients.
- Social Selling: Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to connect with key decision-makers and generate interest.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a clear and accurate record of all sales activities and lead interactions.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently work towards and strive to exceed monthly sales goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive and driven individual who can work independently and manage their time effectively in a remote setting.
- Go-Getter Attitude: Eager to learn, persistent in your efforts, and not afraid to take initiative.
- Tech-Savvy (Bonus): A basic understanding of web development concepts and the software industry is a significant plus.
- All Experience Levels Welcome: Whether you are a recent graduate or have prior experience in sales or business development, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation:
At Elexo Technology, we believe in rewarding performance. Our compensation structure is designed to offer significant earning potential based on your success:

- Target-Based Salary: Earn a monthly salary of 20,000 upon achieving a monthly sales target of 2,00,000.
- Commission-Based Earnings: If the monthly target is not met, you will receive a competitive commission of 10% on the total sales generated by you.
