Job Description Must-Have Skills .Generative AI & ML: Machine Learning, Deep learning, LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering. .Programming & Data: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, data preprocessing, API integration, data visualization. .MLOps & Deployment: MLflow, cloud AI platforms (Databricks/AWS/GCP/Azure). .Communication & Problem-Solving: Translating logistics challenges into AI solutions, cross-team collaboration. Good-to-Have Skills .Advanced GenAI: Multi-modal and agentic AI, synthetic data generation. .Domain Knowledge: Logistics operations (routing, forecasting, warehouse & fleet management). .Optimization & Simulation: Reinforcement learning, digital twins, operations research. .Data Engineering: ETL pipelines, data lakes, Spark/Databricks. .Cloud & DevOps: CI/CD for ML, data security, and compliance. .Soft Skills: Innovation mindset, stakeholder engagement, clear documentation.
