We provide best-in-class services that increase profit for businesses and deliver improved value for customers, helping businesses grow, transform, and achieve their objectives Details Position: Gen AI Engineer Work Mode: Remote Experience: 4+ year's Shift: General Must Have Overall 4+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development, including hands-on work on at least one production-grade Gen AI use case. Strong practical experience in Gen AI solution development, particularly in RAG-based or Agentic implementations for global customers. Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and Knowledge of using Agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or others. Hands-on experience with open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, GPT-OSS) and multimodal models. Strong understanding of Evaluating and Refining Gen AI Solution performance. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI solution deployments. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD for Gen AI solution deployment. Understanding of various RAG methodologies, Query Transformation, Prompt Optimization techniques.
