We are soon launching South India’s largest Stone Experience Centre in Hosur, spanning over 1,00,000 sq. ft., showcasing the finest collection of over 400 varieties of natural and engineered stones under one roof. To make this a world-class buying experience, we are looking for a seasoned Sales Professional who knows the stone industry inside out.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be at the heart of our flagship Experience Centre. Your role will be to engage with walk-in clients, architects, dealers, and project heads, helping them select the right materials while ensuring an unmatched buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome, guide, and consult customers visiting the Experience Centre.
- Promote and sell the complete range of natural & engineered stones.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, designers, dealers, and builders.
- Understand client requirements and suggest tailored material solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with management on sales strategies and client feedback.
- Maintain an updated record of client interactions, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and product expertise.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in the stone industry (granite, marble, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, or related materials).
- Strong network with architects, designers, and dealers is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-first approach with consultative selling ability.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages (Tamil/Kannada/Telugu) will be an advantage.
- Energetic, target-driven, and passionate about design and materials.
