Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Offline Marketing located in Bengaluru, responsible for market planning, conducting market research, developing effective communication strategies, and driving sales and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing offline marketing campaigns, managing partnerships with retail stores, and analyzing market trends to optimize marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Skills in Market Planning and Market Research
- Experienced in ATL and BTL
- Managed large-scale store launch events
- Overseeing vendor coordination, create brand awareness across multiple platforms
- Retail marketing Experience
- Strong Communication abilities for interacting with stakeholders and customers
- Sales and Marketing skills for developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Increase store walk-ins and brand visibility through targeted offline activations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the FMCG, health and wellness industry
