Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced marketing professional to lead the B2B SaaS sales and marketing of our mobile application, specifically designed for unorganised automobile garages. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, targeting, onboarding, and retaining garages by demonstrating how our easy-to-use mobile application streamlines their service operations, customer management, billing, and workflow efficiency. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, field sales experience, customer relationship management, and technical understanding of SaaS-based mobile applications. The ideal candidate must be passionate about technology adoption, have strong communication skills, and be capable of driving end-to-end marketing and sales campaigns.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Execution Plan and execute marketing strategies to target unorganised automobile garages. Identify market trends and develop campaigns to drive app adoption. Create and distribute digital and offline marketing content to showcase app benefits. Build and maintain a strong brand presence across all channels. 2. B2B SaaS Sales Actively approach, pitch, and onboard automobile garages by demonstrating the value of our mobile application. Conduct product demos, explain features, and highlight how the app simplifies service operations, billing, and customer management. Drive sales conversions by establishing trust and showcasing ROI benefits. Negotiate pricing, subscriptions, and onboarding packages when required. 3. Field Marketing & Garage Onboarding Visit garages in assigned areas to promote the mobile app. Understand their pain points, operational gaps, and service challenges. Provide hands-on support during the initial onboarding phase. Build long-term relationships to increase retention and engagement. 4. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong connections with garage owners and decision-makers. Offer continuous product support and training. Collect feedback and collaborate with the product and development teams to improve app usability and features. Act as a liaison between the company and customers to ensure high satisfaction levels. 5. Lead Generation & Conversion Use multiple channels like cold calling, referrals, networking, digital ads, and field visits to generate leads. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and ensure maximum conversions. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to run local campaigns for targeted garage segments. 6. Reporting & Analytics Track marketing performance, customer acquisition metrics, and conversion rates. Generate weekly and monthly reports to measure KPIs and ROI. Provide insights on customer behavior and suggest strategies to improve retention and engagement.Required Skills and CompetenciesCore Skills Strong B2B marketing and sales background, preferably in SaaS, mobility, or automotive solutions. Excellent pitching, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Proven experience in field marketing and direct customer acquisition. Understanding of automobile garage operations and their business challenges. Technical Skills Basic understanding of mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and digital tools. Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management tools, and data analytics dashboards. Comfortable conducting product demos on mobile devices. Soft Skills Strong communication skills – both verbal and written. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust. Result-oriented and self-motivated personality. Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
