Job Overview Australia Based company seeking customer support officer We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience with our financial services Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be essential in fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely manner Utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records Assist customers with their financial service needs providing information on products and services Analyse customer issues to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer queries effectively Maintain a thorough understanding of our financial products and services to provide informed assistance Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while handling customer information Benefits With working us Full training will be provided work from home After 6 months offering 1 week holidays package including Accommodation food flights Insurance Requirements Must be good in English Speaking and writing Must have Laptop or PC and Basic knowledge about how to use Must have Wifi Must have smart phone Proven experience in a customer service role preferably within the financial services sector Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage customers effectively Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding service If you are passionate about helping others and possess the skills necessary for this role we encourage you to apply and become part of our dynamic team Job Types Full-time Part-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Expected hours 30 per week Benefits Work from home
