This Position reports to:

IS ERP Practice Lead ABAP

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

This role is contributing to the Motion IS Services in India, Bangalore.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Builds IS Security, Risk & Compliance operation activities in cooperation with IS Service Owners and IS Solution Architects
- Actively participate in planning, scheduling, delivering and releasing changes to REMSC application, ensuring compliance with all required internal processes (esp. change management)
- Plays an active role in the definition of new contract with Vendors for the operational activities, service levels and Service Level Agreement (SLA) definition
- Defines level and type of monitoring and assure all Consumer Interaction Points Lifecycle Experience are under control and correct support is provided - all in close collaboration with ABB IS Consumer Experience organization
- Ensure all KPIs and SLAs for the service managed are under control and effectively monitored

Qualifications for the role :

- Bachelors or Masters Degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Math or similar
- At least 4 years of experience in IS/IT delivery organizations, with focus on operational activity.
- Proven understanding of custom-built application operations (at least in contributing or supporting role).
- Hands-on experience in SAP environment with proven understanding of complexity and intricacies of it – is a strong plus.
- Understanding of compliance requirements is a strong plus.
- Certifications required - ITIL V4 foundation
