Job Summary As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be directly responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other platforms. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement strategies, run experiments, and generate insights that contribute to pipeline growth and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities 1.Campaign Execution - Launch and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms. - Set up targeting, bidding strategies, and tracking for campaigns. 2.Optimization & Reporting - Monitor performance daily, adjusting campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CPL. - Generate reports on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, conversions). - Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience testing. 3.Testing & Creative Input - Support A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages. - Provide performance insights to the design/content team for improving creatives. 4.Collaboration - Work with Growth and Sales to align campaign execution with business objectives. - Maintain campaign documentation and share learnings for scale-up. 5.Results - Generate meetings for our sales team across geographies like India, US, Australia. Qualifications - 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing. - Proven ability to run LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting). - Familiarity with campaign metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC. - Comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards for campaign tracking. - Indepth expertise on Google analytics.
