Job Description

Role Overview:

The Marketing Cloud Developer is responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality, scalable technical solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze marketing requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet campaign and automation needs.
- Build and customize journeys, automations, email templates, and data extensions.
- Utilize AMPscript, SQL, and other SFMC tools for dynamic content personalization and data management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing cloud implementations.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for data security, deliverability, and compliance.
- Maintain documentation and provide support to marketing and technical teams.

Qualifications:

- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud components (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, etc.).
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and scripting for marketing automation.
- Solid understanding of marketing automation concepts and campaign execution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

ServiceNow Portal Developer

Role Overview:

The ServiceNow Portal Developer will design, develop, and implement responsive and user-friendly portals on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and configure ServiceNow Service Portals and custom widgets.
- Implement user interfaces based on design specifications, ensuring consistency across portal pages.
- Design, configure, and customize new applications and modules within ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot patch and release management issues.
- Ensure portals meet performance and reliability standards.
- Develop custom mobile applets, including features like barcode scanning and language translation.
- Act as a technical SME for the ServiceNow platform and mentor junior developers.

Requirements:
