Job Summary The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms public areas and back-of-house facilities This role plays a crucial part in providing an excellent experience for guests by ensuring that all spaces are neat hygienic and presentable Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds dusting vacuuming and replenishing supplies soap towels etc Ensure all public areas lobby corridors restrooms etc are cleaned and well-maintained throughout the day Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the housekeeping supervisor Ensure all cleaning supplies are used safely and effectively following proper guidelines and health standards Stock and organize housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies Adhere to the hotel s cleaning and safety standards and procedures Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests or other departments Assist with laundry duties including folding towels and linens as needed Perform deep cleaning tasks as required such as carpet cleaning window washing and cleaning air vents Maintain proper inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management Ensure the safety and security of guest rooms and hotel property at all times Skills and Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to follow instructions and work independently Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene Good physical stamina and ability to stand walk bend and lift as required Good communication skills Friendly and professional demeanor Job Types Full-time Permanent
