Housekeeping Associate - Position Summary The Housekeeping Associate ensures all guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces are clean hygienic well-maintained and presented according to hotel standards The role directly supports guest satisfaction and overall hotel experience Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms as per hotel standards including making beds dusting vacuuming and replenishing amenities Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms replace towels and restock supplies Report maintenance issues damages or missing items immediately to the supervisor Ensure trolley cleaning equipment and chemicals are properly stocked and maintained Follow proper usage of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures Clean public areas such as corridors elevators lobbies and service areas as assigned Complete assigned daily room checklists and submit to supervisors Assist guests politely and address their requests promptly Follow hotel policies on lost and found items Support deep cleaning schedules when required Maintain personal hygiene grooming and uniform standards Skills and Requirements Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment Physically fit with the ability to lift bend and stand for long periods Good communication and guest service attitude Strong attention to detail and responsibility toward assigned tasks Ability to work in shifts weekends and holidays Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
