Job Description

Shift Timings:Rotational (6 days/week, rotational week-offs)

Language Requirement:Hindi & English mandatory

Key Responsibilities:Outbound calls to promote diagnostic services, explain packages, overcome objections, record sales activity in CRM, and close bookings.

Compensation:27,00030,000 fixed + 15,000 variable (CTC 45,000/month).

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing

team in the Outbound call based sales process. In this role, you will engage with potential

lead customers via calls , understand their diagnostic needs, recommend appropriate

services or health packages, and convert into confirmed bookings. This is a voice role ideal

for candidates with strong verbal communication skills and a sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote diagnostic services and health packages.
- Understand customers health requirements and suggest appropriate diagnostic solutions.
- Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and offers to encourage bookings.
- Effectively handle objections and questions to build trust and drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate (any stream) or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer service (healthcare industry experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and system usage.
