Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and ambitious Sales Executives to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to 2–3 years of experience who are eager to build a career in sales, training, and placement services. The role involves driving consultative sales, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth conversions while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospecting & Outreach: Connect with potential candidates/clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Consultative Selling: Explain offerings, pricing/EMI options, and outcomes clearly while handling objections confidently.
- Follow-ups & Closure: Nurture leads, schedule Zoom calls, share proposals (e-sign), and close deals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM/ATS records (preferably Salesforce), update sales stages, and publish daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with onboarding and training teams to ensure smooth post-sale handoffs.
- Targets & Growth: Achieve defined sales targets while improving conversion rates across the funnel.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Freshers welcome (comprehensive training will be provided).
- Up to 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, edtech, staffing, or IT services is a plus.
- Excellent spoken & written English communication with confident presence on calls/Zoom.
- Strong sales aptitude: objection handling, active listening, urgency creation, and value articulation.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and coachability in a night-shift, target-driven setup.
- Familiarity with tools such as CRM/ATS (Salesforce), Google Sheets/Excel, LinkedIn, Zoom, WhatsApp Business is an advantage.
