Project Director Social Projects Palliative Care NGO Activities Position Overview The Project Director will oversee coordinate and manage all aspects of social impact initiatives focusing on palliative care programs and NGO activities This role ensures project goals are met resources are utilized effectively and outcomes align with the organization s mission Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Develop and implement project plans and strategies for social initiatives Set measurable goals timelines and budgets Project Management Monitor project progress ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes Manage risks resolve issues and optimize resource allocation Team Leadership Recruit train and supervise project teams and volunteers Foster a collaborative and mission-driven work culture Stakeholder Engagement Build relationships with donors community leaders healthcare providers and NGOs Communicate progress and impact through reports and presentations Compliance Reporting Ensure compliance with legal ethical and organizational standards Prepare project reports for internal and external stakeholders Advocacy Awareness Promote palliative care awareness and social impact initiatives Represent the organization at events forums and conferences Qualifications Bachelor s master s degree in social work Public Health or related fields 5 years in project management preferably in social or healthcare sectors Strong leadership organizational and communication skills Experience with fundraising and donor management is a plus Key Attributes Passion for social change and community well-being Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
