We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate architectural construction and interior projects from initiation to completion The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders Key Responsibilities Plan manage and oversee all stages of project execution from concept to handover Coordinate with clients architects engineers consultants contractors and vendors Prepare project schedules budgets resource allocation plans and progress reports Monitor site activities to ensure quality safety and adherence to design specifications Manage procurement material approvals and contractor deliverables Identify risks resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions promptly Conduct regular project meetings and ensure smooth communication among all parties Ensure compliance with legal regulations quality standards and company policies Required Skills Competencies Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Project AutoCAD Excel or other project management tools Deep understanding of construction methods project workflows contracts and site coordination Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle multiple projects and manage teams effectively Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related field Minimum 6-8 years of experience in project coordination and management At least 2 years of proven managerial supervisory experience in handling teams and site operations PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
