Assistant Project Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning execution and coordination of construction and waterproofing projects across Kerala The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge hands-on project management experience and the ability to effectively coordinate between various stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects Key Responsibilities Assist in the overall planning execution and management of civil construction and waterproofing projects Coordinate with site engineers project executives contractors and vendors to ensure uninterrupted project workflows Monitor project schedules track milestones and assist in maintaining budgetary and time constraints Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports and submit updates to the Technical Coordinator Ensure adherence to safety regulations quality standards and project timelines across all sites Provide on-ground technical and operational support to site teams and troubleshoot project-related issues Support in the procurement process and coordination with vendors for timely delivery of materials and services Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work progress compliance and quality control Qualifications Requirements Educational Qualification B Tech in Civil Engineering mandatory Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction or waterproofing projects Strong project coordination execution and quality assurance skills Proficient in project management tools progress tracking and report preparation Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving capabilities Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Kerala Two wheeler Driving License is mandatory Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Experience civil construction Or Water proofing Segment 3 years Required License Certification Driving Licence Required Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
