Job Summary The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations ensuring smooth and efficient HR functions This role involves handling administrative tasks assisting in recruitment maintaining employee records coordinating HR activities and providing support to employees and management Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates Maintain and update employee records databases and HR documentation Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters appointment letters confirmations and experience letters Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information leaves attendance etc Coordinate employee engagement activities training sessions and staff events Handle basic employee queries regarding policies procedures and HR services Ensure compliance with HR policies company rules and statutory regulations Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members as required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support freshers with good communication skills may also apply Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in HR functions Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Expected Start Date 15 09 2025
