Job Title AI/GenAi Engineer

Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering
Role & Responsibilities:
Technical Skills:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI/GenAI models aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate on end-to-end solution delivery including design, prototyping, testing, and deployment.
- Build chatbots and automation workflows using LLMs, vector databases, and AI frameworks with fine-tuning.
- Evaluate and implement AI solutions leveraging LLMs like OpenAI, Claude, and Llama.
- Integrate AI tools into existing systems and workflows for seamless adoption.
- Deploy and manage AI infrastructure across on-premise and Azure cloud environments.
- Work with Azure AI services such as MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, and Cosmos DB.
- Apply security controls and governance standards to protect data and models.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams while providing documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Support, monitor, and optimize deployed AI solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
Key Skills
Following Key Skills are required:
- Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in AI/GenAI development.
- Strong knowledge of ML, NLP, and Generative AI models.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, T5, BERT, etc.).
- Proficiency in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and open-source tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenLLM.
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and agentic AI.
- Experience with Azure Cloud services including MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, and Cosmos DB.
- Understanding of MLOps/DataOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Strong software development background with REST APIs, Django/Express.js/Spring Boot, and database skills (SQL & NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, innovation mindset, and ability to collaborate across teams.
